• Support department's compliance with the Record Retention Program, Compliance wire requirements, relocation, space planning
• Submit, process, track and audit expense reports, contracts and purchase orders.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

• 2-4 years experience supporting at senior levels of management
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ,

Our next Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) meeting on Tuesday, February

Overview

Our client is seeking an EDI Analyst who will maintain and support all
aspects of the EDI process, including mapping, partner setups, communication
setups, and maintaining and establishing new partnerships to improve
efficiencies within the organization to better utilize electronic data
trading with partners.

This is a fulltime employee position in White Plains, NY area

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 5+ years of Sterling Integrator v 5.2.1 or higher
* Sterling Map Editor
* X12 (850, 855, 860, 865, 856, 810)
* XML, VAN (GXS, Liaison), AS2, FTP, S-FTP
* BPML (creating new and updating existing business processes)
* Basic SQL commands to retrieve data

Desired:

* Supply chain experience, particularly with inventory and
transportation management, including VMI, Consignment and 3PL providers.
* Experience raising PMRs with IBM and working with the IBM support
team for resolution.
* Sterling File Gateway, Perimeter Server

Business Analyst Contractor

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for providing business analysis support to R&D Project and
Portfolio Management. The analyst contractor will focus on data processing and reporting primarily using MS Excel, Project, and PowerPoint to analyze project data from multiple sources, and generate graphs and reports for teams and senior management. The role will focus on analysis and reporting of key project data including project timelines, budget, resources, and, metrics. The role will also serve as a SharePoint administrator for Project sites, and support the implementation of an enterprise project, portfolio, and resource management software application.
The Business Analyst contractor will work under the direction of the Director of Project
Planning and the Director of Portfolio Operations. The contract position can be offered as 40hrs/week or less than 40hrs/week (i.e. 2, 3, or 4 days/week).

Principal Responsibilities
 Inputting data from multiple sources into a central web based system.
 Processing project/portfolio related data from multiple sources into interpretable tables and graphs. Typically using Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
 SharePoint support for Project sites, processing site change and access requests.
 Support the implementation of an enterprise project, portfolio, and resource management software application.
 Process project resource data for teams and Sr management.
 Creates summary reports that contain information supporting decision-making including affected projects, position shortages and mitigation strategies.
Skills/Competencies:
 Familiar with web based collaboration sites like SharePoint
 Project Server or equivalent Administration
 Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server
 Business Analysis and finance skills
 Customer Focus – Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
 Creative Problem Solving – Familiarity of both theoretical and practical aspects of project
 Management
 Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of
 customer's needs

Qualifications
 0 to 3 yrs. experience as a Business/Finance Analyst or related field
 0 to 5 years of experience with an enterprise IT platform (SAP, MS Project Server, or similar tools)
 0 to 5 years Project Management experience desired
 Willing to entertain a college student, or recent graduate looking for <40hrs/week
Education
 BS or equivalent degree in, Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Technical discipline, or other related field of study and/or equivalent business experience
 Willing to entertain a college student, or recent graduate looking for <40hrs/week
 Project management training preferred
