Manager of Technology Transfer for growing specialty chemicals company near Morristown,NJ. The Manager is responsible for commercialization process of newproducts from R&D through introduction to the market. Interface withR&D, Sales, Marketing and other department personnel as needed. Manager will manage paperwork for the technology transfer process. Suchpaperwork will usually include product recipes, raw material specs,manufacturing procedure, finished product specs, test methodology and otherinformation as needed. Manager is owner of the Quality (ISO 9001) Systemprocess for the new products. Manages the New Products ProductDevelopment meetings.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
- Three to five years of experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry is desired.
- Minimum of two years' product development experience and knowledge of the ISO 9001-2008 quality standard required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- PMP Certification a HUGE plus

We have a Coordinator position available with a major pharmaceutical company in Summit, NJ.
Below are the details:
The Roles and Responsibilities of the Coordinator, Project Leadership include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Support several director/ executive director Project Leaders (PLs) and their Project Managers (PMs), in general administrative and clerical support for day-to-day operations
• Prepare and serve as communicator on initiatives and enhance the flow of communication
• Assist the Executive Director in assuring a high performance team spirit and high functioning team
• Manage staff calendar, complex meetings and domestic/international travel.
• Support PMs and PL and the Project Teams (PTs) in efforts to drive project execution. This includes working in partnership with PM to provide accurate, current project information on PT websites (SharePoint) and via email and calendar.
• Partner with PM to maintain up-to-date project document library using SharePoint including document tagging to drive easy access.
• Handle highly confidential information and draft/distribute agendas, communications, announcements and slides on behalf of the PL or PM.
• Assures project coordination and communication with team in the deployment and execution process of department initiatives
• Assist as back up for other Coordinators
• Support new hire orientation and on-boarding
• Support department moves as needed
• Maintain PT team member and sub team lists with PM
• Support the Project Leadership department Sr. Coordinator to organize and facilitate logistics and meeting planning for offsite and onsite meetings
• Work independently and use discretion to determine which activities require PL or PM involvement.
• Support department's compliance with the Record Retention Program, Compliance wire requirements, relocation, space planning
• Submit, process, track and audit expense reports, contracts and purchase orders.
• Lead ad hoc projects as requested
Skills/Knowledge Required:
• 2-4 years experience supporting at senior levels of management
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ,
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio MS Project Server and Share Point
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills a must
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others within and across functions/teams
• Work independently and with very minimum supervision and direction
• Capable of managing meetings within a multicultural environment
• Ability to adapt behavior to situation
• Be adaptable to changing needs constantly
• Negotiation skills
• Team oriented
• Change Agent in an ever-evolving environment
• Able to demonstrate tenacious follow-up
• Good analytical and planning skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
