My client in Northern NJ has the following position available. If you

The Kalido Developer is responsible for designing, developing and
supporting the Data Warehouse which is sourced from the Landing/Staging
Database.

The Landing/Staging Database is based on traditional non-dimensional
data modeling. However, the Data Warehouse is based on Kalido Dynamic
Information Warehouse (DIW) and Kalido Master Data Management (MDM).

The candidate should be proficient with:

o Kalido DIW

o Kalido MDM

o SQL

o Oracle PL/SQL

o Windows batch scripts

o Unix shell scripts

Two years of Kalido DIW and MDM experience is required.

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing data is required (IMS,
Siebel); Knowledge of Pharmaceutical commercial data is a plus.

The position requires daily interaction with the business community and
the candidate is required to have the following skills:

o Strong verbal, written, and communication skills

o Highly self-motivated, and self-directed

The Data Warehouse Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the
development and enhancement of the Data Warehouse. The focus of the Data
Warehouse has been Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing operations
reporting. New data sources and analytical functionality to support the
Commercial operation needs of the organization are in process. This
position includes analyzing requirements, preparing proposals, leading
projects, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. In addition, this
person must be comfortable working hands-on with pharmaceutical data
using a variety of analytical tools.

The candidate should be proficient in:

o Managing a development team

o Analyzing business requirements to drive data
warehouse design, development, and testing activities.

o Leading cross functional teams involving business
users, IT infrastructure and vendors.

o Developing and managing project budgets and preparing
formal project status reports.

o Presenting to both technical and non-technical
audiences

o Assisting with operational support and data quality
control processes

o Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence architectures

o Erwin, Oracle and SQL

Five years of project management experience is required.

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing data is required (IMS,

Absolutely "must haves" – at least 4 yrs of operational supplier inventory management, data analysis and production management within a supplier inventory management, capacity management and production planning role - managing inventory, doing capacity analysis for production, managing suppliers, etc.; (working with forecasted demand for production, ensuring proper inventory to meet need, managing supplier production, etc.). Must have experience working with high volume product – complicated supply chain. Conduct demand analysis in support of production, promotional cost negotiations, capacity analysis and promotional graphics. Must have strong systems expertise including Excel or other database applications. This is not a manager of people – it's a manager of process. Some other companies might call this person a supply planner, product planner, product manager, logistics analyst, etc. Industry experience from Consumer Products, Logistics or Packaging are imperative.
