visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business
analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Document functional requirements, system design specifications, use cases,
workflow diagrams, screen, and interface designs. Document project status
and assure process compliance of application development with Project
Management Office.
Work with the business to analyze business processes and system issues and
turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the business.
Work closely with the development team to coordinate the system changes.
Work closely with the QA team to ensure appropriate system testing.
May have responsibility for preparing and executing test scripts on an as
needed basis.
Identify / leverage IT solutions to enable business objectives, analyze
technical constraints and communicate alternatives to the business.
System Configuration as necessary analyzing and implementing configuration
changes.
Involvement in Production Support as needed

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or other related field
10+ years systems analysis experience
Advanced knowledge of SQL query preferred
Understanding of application development in PeopleSoft, Sharepoint, .Net and
MS CRM technologies
Familiarity with the following Microsoft tools is greatly desired: BizTalk,
Analysis Services, Reporting Services and Integration Services.

Business Analyst who worked at Pharmaceutical and Retail companies in NJ who
has the tech skills should be a good fit.
We want LOCAL people for this. FACE-TO-FACE is required.
