*Skills:*

- 84 months of experience developing and implementing practices and
procedures that ensure compliance with federal, state, or social services
laws and regulations, specifically related to cyber security and HIPAA
compliance.
- 60 months of research and technical design of information privacy
laws, access, release of information and release control technology
components for governmental agencies.
- 60 months experience developing self-assessments and implementation
action plans to incorporate HIPAA security requirements into large systems
including updating processes and procedures related to action plans and
self-assessments.
- 84 months experience working with change management planning and
implementing change brought about by revisions to federal or state laws
related to a state supervised locally administer program. This experience
should include understanding of program and technical IT requirements and
their impacts on one another, and the facilitation of communications
between users, IT staff and stakeholders.

Multi-billion-dollar private equity firm seeking an immediate hire for a private equity Senior Accountant with exceptionally strong analytical ability and communication skills. Reports directly to the Controller with exposure to various departments within a company that offers great corporate culture, fully paid employee benefits and other incentives to reward the best and brightest.

Requirements:
* Accounting Degree
* In process CPA (Atleast 1 part of the CPA passed)
* 2-4 years of experience, with a concentration in Private Equity
* Investran knowledge a plus
* Reporting to the Controller with exposure to various departments

Duties include:
* Assist with the Monthly/Quarterly Close 
* Prepare Quarterly Financial Statements and Limited Partner Letter 
* Coordination of annual Audits 
* Ensure information flows correctly from the investment through the holding companies and blockers to the Fund 
* Review/Prepare Capital Call and Distribution notices to the investors 
* Completion of general ledger accounting trial balances and support on a monthly basis for assigned companies.
