3 month contract assignment
This position is responsible for supporting the Global HR Operations function within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) organization. This position will be responsible for leading and supporting project efforts to define, develop, implement and operationalize key HR support processes within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) function.

Training
Assist with the development and implementation of a formal new hire onboarding and ongoing performance improvement training program aimed at developing people capabilities which are required to deliver on Business Unit goals.
* Develop and execute a learning strategy to help ensure that shared services is building the people capability necessary to execute on critical objectives.
* Support the development of training courses and materials such as job aids and training material.
* Diagnoses organizational capability gaps across all groups and identifies training needs.
* Facilitate designated training sessions as needed using various mediums.
Communications
Drafts and distributes high impact messages to both internal (HRSD employees) and external employees and executives within the business. Supports both Business as Usual "BAU" communications in addition to project based communications.
* Draft communications and enhance draft copy by reviewing with a strategic lens. Ensure accuracy of information by using editorial and proof reading skills.
* Leverage cross-functional knowledge and relationships, to effectively align communication messages with overall project plans. Recommends timing, frequency, as well as rollout sequencing for key internal messages.
* Demonstrate skill in development of key messages taking into account organizational sensitivity.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ year's experience managing supporting projects in an analytical or change management role
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
* Proven project/change management skills, including attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
* Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and correct sentence structure to document cases in the case management system and communicate with customers and employees via email
* Must be able to successfully interact with various levels within the organization
* Exceptional customer focus and service orientation
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage to/achieve consensus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Our client is seeking a Sr. IT Validation Specialist whose principal responsibilities include creating and reviewing the following for SFDC applications: SOP's, Validation Master Plans, Requirements and Risk Analysis, Traceability Matrix, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports, Testing Documents and reports, Data Migration Plans and reports, Test Plans, Test Scripts, Discrepancy resolution
This 2-month W-2 contract is located in New Haven, CT
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3 - 6 years of relevant experience
* Excellent understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, ICH standards, EMEA, GLP, GCP, GMP, GDP regulations, GAMP Methodologies and general Software Development Standards.
* Salesforce.com (SFDC) experiance a plus
