The Vice President of Finance, Supply Chain leads Chobani's manufacturing and operational financial activities while driving performance targets including cost, efficiency and working capital metrics. Through analysis and recommendations, this role is key to driving improved performance, implementation of standard processes and strengthening of financial internal controls. The VP of Finance will shape strategic decisions, not only for supply chain activities, but across the company. As Chobani continues to build the strongest brands and brings the world healthier options, we expect the Finance team to be a key competitive advantage as we scale.
* Provide strategic financial leadership and decision-making and serve as the principal financial advisor supply chain activities
* Lead organizational planning and development of operating budget in collaboration with supply chain management
* Execute and manage the budget, controlling expenditures, by providing timely and complete reporting of financial results and recommendations for necessary actions to maintain the fiscal health of the organization
* Work closely with supply chain management to monitor and manage all organizational expenses and the preparation and analysis of financial reports
* Partner with supply chain team to drive actionable continuous improvement
* Identify and recommend actions to optimize actual results
* Monitor and report the progress of capital spending to original plan, and the status of appropriations in review
* Analyze trends and provide early warnings guidance on potential risks & opportunities to the supply chain operating performance
Desired Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, MBA preferred

* 5-10 years of financial leadership experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations
* Proven track record leading within a high-growth dynamic organization
* Superior leadership, motivation, strategic planning, and general business abilities
* Experience contributing to executive team and board-level corporate decisions and strategy

* Sound planning, forecasting, problem-solving, analytical, financial modeling and technical skills
* Must have the ability to achieve operational excellence through others
* Deeply authentic with an inspirational leadership style
