Location: Greater Bridgeport, CT
The Schegg Group is seeking a Project Manager with experience in providing leadership, organization, and control of projects throughout the project lifecycle and across functional and inter-departmental teams. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The Project Manager will create end to end project plans to include communication, implementation, change management and project deliverables. The role includes identifying, defining and prioritizing work by applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques with both external and internal business clients in order to meet the business goals. Project types will vary and include operations, information technology, reporting, and product-related projects including the onboarding of new clients, partners and programs.
* Executes by applying appropriate methodology and tools to manage all aspects of projects throughout project lifecycle including project scope, schedule/time, finance, quality, resource, communication, risk, and procurement for successful project outcomes.
* Ensures all project deliverables are implemented on time, on budget, and within scope.
* Ensures completion of project documentation including: process, work flow, business requirements, functional requirements, technical requirements, QA/UAT test plans.
* Serves as the main contact for external customers, clients, and/or partners as well as internal constituents throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintains project plans and other necessary project documentation.
* Manages project and/or client implementation related Performance Guarantees.
* Plans for effective transition from development into post-launch administration and management.
* Leads development sessions with project participants to assist in process improvements.
* May supervise project coordinators and/or other project support functions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* 5+ years of project management experience that includes IT, product, customer implementations and other business related projects.
* PMP certification a plus.
* Six Sigma training or Green Belt certification a plus.
* Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture and to work effectively at both high and detailed levels.
* Proven ability to manage cross functional teams.
* Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically.
* Strong meeting management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
* Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote Microsoft Project, and Visio.

Hyperion Systems Analyst
Location: Hamilton Twp, NJ
Our client, a highly successful global organization is looking for a key
member of their Hyperion Administration team and is seeking a candidate with
expertise in Hyperion Planning. The Hyperion Administrator will provide day
to day support for Hyperion EPM while working closely with the team manager;
corporate accounting, corporate FP&A and business finance teams to support
and enhance complex business solutions and processes. This Hyperion
Administrator position is highly visible and will offer many opportunities
for growth in this dynamic global organization.
Responsibilities:
* Administration and maintenance of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDM &
HFM
* Reports to the Manager of Finance IT Systems and has heavy
interaction with corporate accounting, corporate FP&A and the business
finance groups.
* Utilization of Life Cycle Management
* Ensure monthly close process runs smoothly in HFM, Planning and
Essbase applications
* Coordinate issue resolution with internal IT and external technical
support providers
* Support corporate and remote users with Hyperion applications and
Smart View
* Work with end users to develop and enhance the application process
in a manner that will result in a stable productive environment
* Participate in the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of
current departmental processes and procedures and ultimately help to
implement identified improvements
* Maintain internal and external security policy compliance with the
EPM environment
* Special projects and process improvements as determined necessary by
management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field
* 5+ years of financial systems background utilizing Hyperion EPM
(Planning, Financial Management FDM and Financial Reporting)
* Strong Preference for expertise in Hyperion Planning
* Preference for Administration experience on Version 11.1.2.x
* Ability to operate independently in a complex environment and
effectively communicate technical concepts to a business team; has joint
responsibility and accountability for security, maintenance and development
of the EPM system in support of the global finance organization's management
and reporting requirements.
* Understanding of basic accounting and financial analysis and
reporting.
* Must have proven capacity to conceptualize, organize, plan and
execute projects from beginning to end, and to express technical concepts in
language understandable to business unit clients.
Orientation towards teamwork with strong communication, interpersonal and
financial management skills.

Overview
Our client is looking to hire an experienced UX Developer who will
collaborate with other team members to help define user scenarios and screen
flows for new and existing products, develop high level and/or detailed
storyboards, mockups and prototypes, leverage data and UX research to
continuously optimize the usability of the client and non-clients experience
and maintain a consistent visual and interaction system across multiple web
sites.
This 2-6 month contract with option to hire position is located in Stamford,
CT
Skills and Qualifications
. Undergraduate or Masters Degree in a Visual Design discipline is
strongly preferred
. Five years developing for various mobile, tablet and web experiences
including designing responsive design solutions
. Five years experience with sophisticated Javascript libraries
(jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap 3.0, Foundation, etc.)
. Able to present a portfolio that demonstrates visual development
skills
. Strong xHTML and CSS skills with working knowledge of HTML5.
. Ability to build from PSDs and work with complex CSS
. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; Visio or Omnigraffle
(Indesign a plus)
. Knowledge of web standards and usability principles; programming and
usability testing experience is a plus

Overview
Our client is seeking a User Experience Producer who will collaborate with
other teams to plan design projects, define milestones, assign resources,
assess risks, manage all project documentation and design artifacts from
conceptualization through to delivery and help projects to meet deadlines.
This is a 3-6 month contract with option to hire position in Stamford, CT.
Skills and Qualifications:
. Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
discipline is strongly preferred
. Five years producing for various mobile, tablet and web experiences
. Two years producing responsive design solutions
. Five years of experience writing clear and concise design and
interaction requirements
. Experience with web standards and semantic HTML principles
