You are looking for someone who has managed a team of DBA's (Oracle or DB2)in a large, enterprise environment (multi $ billion company, multiple data centers, large footprint) .  This person is leading the rebuilding of this team and the integration of Carquest in this area.  This is not a career consultant.

MANAGER, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

o       Manage a team of Database & PeopleSoft administrators who are responsible for maintaining Oracle, MSSQL, PostGreSQL, MYSQL and DB2 environments.
o       Manage timelines and plans for implementations and work closely with the application development teams, host systems teams and project leaders.
o       Manage day to day tactical and strategic solutions of the database architecture.
o       Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex problems meeting SLA requirements.
o       Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and all stakeholders.
o       Manage environments that spread across multiple Data Centers.
