seeking an Information Governance Manager
for a prominent client of
ours. This position is located in Melville, NY. Details for the
position
are as follows:
Job Description:
* Coordinate and provide subject matter expertise for Core Programs
(Business Information Management/Records Management, IT Security
Remediation, etc.) to Client Information
Governance & Management (IGM) in the Americas Region.
* Ensure that IGM delivers the most efficient IGM operations within
our Client, and ensure IGM provides high business value and develops an
environment which fosters a high-performance
and innovative organization within our Client.
* Deliver IGM services to the organization they are part of to help
ensure that information and IT systems are adequately protected against
unauthorized disclosure (confidentiality),
unauthorized alteration (integrity), unavailability (availability) and
non-compliance.
* Proactively work with Client Leadership Teams and business
stakeholders to help facilitate and guide in the implementation of and
compliance with the IGM Policy Framework.
* Proactively work with Client Americas Leadership Teams and
business stakeholders to help facilitate and guide in the implementation
of and compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements for information management and IT.
* Rollout IGM activities according to the Global IGM strategy in
alignment with the Client Leadership Teams and relevant business
stakeholders (e.g. QA, Legal, Finance, etc.).
