Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company bringing novel healthcare solutions and innovative therapies to patients is seeking a Product Launch Project Manager for a 10 month + engagement in Somerset County, NJ.
The Project Manager will manage product launches (end-to-end). The Product Launch Manager role requires a dynamic professional with the ability to serve as the central "hub" and co-manage all the other "leads" that participate within the launch (Medical Affairs, Clinical, Legal, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.). The Product Launch Manager will be responsible for interfacing with the heads of these key areas and ensuring all parties are progressing as expected to meet key deliverables.
The Product Launch Manager is responsible for ensuring product initiatives are launched into the market with a repeatable, consistent enterprise quality and exactness. As the key Launch Readiness Leader, you will own new product planning and the launch roadmap and will work closely with product specialists, business owners and the launch team within the business unit. CMK Select is seeking a "best in class" Product Launch PM for this business critical need.
The Product Launch Project Manager, will partner with brand management, operations, and extended team members across the organization to ensure all project requirements, risks and deliverables are identified, integrated, tracked, and managed successfully from project initiation through implementation. The PM utilizes Microsoft Project to develop and track project plans, and to analyze and manage the critical path. The Project Manager also utilizes other standard project management tools, techniques, and reports to facilitate: resource planning, risk analysis, management team communications and transparency communication to Sr. Management of project status, issues, risks, and resource requirements.
· Provide guidance and develop launch expertise to ensure launch excellence
· Develop & track pre-launch and launch performance measurements
· Identify bottlenecks, dependencies and key decision points in the launch process
· Own the development, maintenance and revision of launch processes, templates and handbooks
To qualify, candidates should have the following:
· Expertise in project/process management and controlling project planning tools
· Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience with MS Project (a MUST)
· Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Launch milestones
· Project Management for Pharmaceutical new product (and in some instances, new indication launches).
· MS SharePoint and advanced MS PowerPoint skills are required.

This workshop will start with information about the important elements of
an effective elevator pitch. Then it will offer general guidelines covering
