This person will function as a senior advisor to clients by listening to them and providing them ITIL and ITSM Training as well as Assessments, Road Maps, and Reporting.
Person must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to discover their clients pain points in their processes and suggest solutions. This person will also be able to provide training in ITIL to the expert level. ( though they wont have to have a Expert certification initially)
Requirements:
Ideally from a IT Consulting background with a big four or tier 2 consultancy
ITIL knowledgeable at lead at the Foundations level
Superb listening and communication skills
Deep understanding of ITSM solutions like: ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy, BMC, SDE, HP Service Manager, HPSM, zenDesk, Heat, Magic, Frontrange etc.
Compensation:
$100-150,000 plus 10% bonus

The Schegg Group is conducting a search for a Tax Accountant. Our client is a Fortune 500 company and a leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services.
As a key member of our manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include:
* The position is responsible for the preparation of Federal and Multi-State Income and Franchise Tax Returns and Subsidiaries and the preparation of the quarterly tax accounting requirements.
* The preparation of federal & multi-state corporate income tax compliance, including returns, estimated payments and extensions
* Domestic tax accounting, including tax rate, balance sheet tax accounts, tax reserves, quarterly and annual disclosures
* Preparation of the quarterly effective tax rate calculation and work papers consistent with ASC 740
* Analysis of uncertain tax positions
* Research and documentation of the proper tax accounting treatment for transactions
Requirements:
* An undergraduate degree in accounting is required
* Masters of Tax Degree preferred
* CPA required
* Minimum 8 to ten years' experience corporate income tax experience in a large, national public accounting firm or 8 to ten years of ASC 740 experience in a multinational public company
* Broad based knowledge of federal and multi-state corporate tax
* Onesource Tax Software experience required
