ARS is high growth, private equity backed company headquartered in Memphis, TN. With 6,000 employees and over 65 offices nationwide, ARS relies on a strong, talented and motivated workforce to distinguish itself from the competition and to provide exceptional service to its customers.
The Chief Talent Officer (CTO) role is a newly created position, reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, and will be responsible for building the Company's talent pools through the development and implementation of sophisticated talent acquisition, training, executive and professional development and retention programs, focusing most of their time on the field operations. This new CTO will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and it is anticipated that the CTO will have the opportunity to succeed the SVP of HR over a transition time period. This role is based in Memphis, TN.

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager North America Commercial Consolidations will serve to provide controlling support with leadership from the VP North America Finance to the US and Canadian administrative and business functions primarily. This leadership position will play a key leadership role in managing the regional P&L consolidation both in terms of revenue as well as operating margin. We are seeking an individual with a solid record of contributions leading to improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls. The role will require interactions throughout the North America commercial organization as well as our peers in Corporate FP&A, Financial Services, Corporate Tax as well as other senior leadership in the organization.
Principal Responsibilities:
This position will have a broad range of responsibilities serving as Finance lead delivering solid financial controlling support to both Finance as well as business leaders in New Haven headquarters and US and Canada commercial functions. This role will lead the consolidation process in support of the groin and manage monthly reporting as well as monthly and quarterly business review processes.
� Lead and mentor team to deliver monthly revenue and operating margin analyses in support of regional close.
� Facilitate consolidated executive summaries for the region and senior management.
� Deliver monthly regional financial consolidations including senior management reports and functional financial summaries.
� Build efficiencies into monthly functional reports including content, format, & distribution so to add value to business partners including stakeholder understanding and value of the reports.
� Work closely with cross functional teams and business leaders to identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies.
� Prepare ad hoc reporting and analyses for key metrics and special projects.
� Partner with ABS shared services to drive efficiencies into reporting and ad hoc reporting
� Facilitate monthly headcount tracking in support of financial forecasting.
� Manage and deliver Risk and Opportunities .
Supervisory:
� Responsible for process supervision of regional country financial professionals
� Ability to motivate and lead each team member in order to produce high quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
Qualifications
� 7+ years experience in Finance/Controlling position
� Experience with multinational corporations
� Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry is a strong plus
� Interpersonal skills with ability to work with others as well as independently
� Strong competences in accounting
� Good Computer skill (MS Excel, Power Point, SAP)
� Knowledge of a consolidation system (BPC, Hyperion, COGNOS)
� Fluency in English both written and oral mandatory
Behavioral Characteristics
� Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional management and senior finance management
� High sense of urgency and ability to identify creative solutions to advanced, time sensitive problems by balancing achievement of process objectives with practical considerations.
� Strong customer service focus, with a drive to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our customers
� High degree of organizational agility, able to handle sensitive issues with prudent discretion across all levels of the organization
� Strong ability to implement best practices in back office operations; commitment to driving competitive advantage while managing costs, improving quality, and managing risks
� Commitment to delivering quality results and overcoming obstacles and challenges in a time-sensitive environment
� Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple work streams while remaining calm and effective under pressure
Education
� MBA or CPA required

The primary focus of the *Lead of Network Administration* is to ensure the
delivery of highly available, high quality LAN, WAN, and voice network
