The role will include:
- administer a set of security appliances and ensure proper operation.
(ex. Cisco Secure Email, JunOs Space, WebSense, NetIQ Sentinel, ForeScout
CounterACT)
- configure, test, deploy security policy configurations on the
appliances
- Collect relevant event data
- Cooperate with IT during problem resolution
- Evaluate data to establish timelines and linkages for events, in
coordination with team members and the Corporate Information Security
Officer
- Contribute to the Incident Response Process
The Information Security Engineer is responsible for assisting in the
design, implementation administration and testing of an information
technology security program primarily within a Windows based environment.
The Information Security Engineer will provide assistance and guidance on a
diverse spectrum of technical issues including, but not limited to, Active
Directory security controls, user rights and permissions, security event
logging and monitoring, secured server configuration build standards,
secure communications protocols, controls to ensure a secure SSL-VPN
environment.

Primary technical resource for the Corporate Information Security Program
Primary Information Security technology control administrator
NetIQ/ Security Monitoring and Alerting SME
Information Security champion for IT projects
General Project Management Skills
*Professional Qualifications:*
1. Minimum of 3 years system administration in a Microsoft environment
2. Minimum 5 years Information Security technical design and
implementation:
1. Ensure Active Directory Design Review
2. Support enforcement of IT policy, procedures and standards.
3. Security Risk Assessment of new application being introduced to
the bank as well as applications currently installed
4. Participate in yearly review of user entitlements
5. Participate in Information Security Audits
6. Validate and correct as needed NTFS permissions across the
environment
7. Evaluate and recommend GPO's to tighten controls on current
environment.
8. Administer application user entitlements
9. Work with Project Managers, IT and Business staff to implement
secure application architecture using our current SDLC
10. Implement new and current applications with the concept of least
privilege
11. McAfee ePO administration, maintenance and support
12. Lead/ refine the Security Event Management Program
1. OSINT
2. Host event collection, correlation, monitoring and alerting
3. Event detection
4. Event response
13. Work with Audit team to provide requested data in a timely
fashion
14. Lead annual penetration tests for Internet facing applications
3. NetIQ Administrator
1. Server hardening with Security Manager
2. Write/ maintain custom Visual Basic application log providers
3. AD/ GPO/ Windows Change Client modules
4. Files/folder monitoring to alert for critical failures
5. Real time monitoring of privileged account usage
6. Conduct forensic assessments as needed

Overview
Our client is seeking a Test Automation Engineer who will coordinate with development and QA teams to review, develop, implement, execute and validate automated test suites.
This 11-month W-2 contract is located in Danbury, CT
Skills and Qualifications
* B.S. degree in computer related industry or equivalent experience is required
* 4-6 years of experience in test automation or general programming
* Experience testing with web services (SOA, SOAP, REST, WDSL/WADL)
* Development skills in scripting and using Automation Frameworks with preference towards Parasoft SOAtest and SoapUI
* Test design for automation with data-driven focus as well as hands-on testing
* Ability to read or write simple Java code, HTML, JavaScript, Jython, Python XML, XSD, XPath, etc.
* Good knowledge of SQL to validate SQL or non-SQL based processes
* Experience with defect tracking system; knowledge of JIRA or RTC a plus.
* Familiarity with all aspects of testing including functional, regression, and system testing, and the ability to prepare systems test plans is highly desired
