Westchester Networking Organization March Presentation
The Westchester Networking Organization (WNO) invites you to our monthly
meeting on Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Croton On Hudson Free Library, 171
Cleveland Drive, Croton On Hudson, NY 10520. The following is planned:
* This month, Terence Finn will present "Both Sides of the Table"
* Lew Tischler will offer brief Small Business advisory sessions.
* Light refreshments, courtesy of Chu, Phillips & Associates,
Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

SESSION: Both Sides of the Table
Terence's presentation, "Both Sides of the Table" will delve into one of the
most significant business challenges of today...recruiting talent. Terence
will share his perspective as a hiring manager who routinely reviews resumes
and interviews candidates. Attendees will learn valuable tips and insights
that will be of benefit to job search techniques.
In addition, Terence will discuss his own transition from one of the world's
largest employers to a small entrepreneurial organization in a different
industry. He will show how it is possible to change industries mid-career
and share tips for those with "big company" experience hoping to transition
into small and mid-sized businesses, one of the fastest growing job sectors
in the United States.

Terence Finn is the CTO of Remedy Health Media, rated the 26th fastest
growing company in New York by Crains, in 2013. Their mission is to provide
hope and empowerment for all their customers, so that they may live as full
a life as possible.
