Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview:
§ A unique role which combines project management, reporting analytics and user experience/change management skills.
§ This individual will closely partner with a select group of critical initiatives to help them prepare vital reporting to a PMO function. Team engagement will ensure project schedules reflect deployment approaches and ensure content standards are enforced.
§ On a monthly and quarterly basis, this role will construct a series of reports and collaborate with Director of Service Planning to finalize production. This collaboration will entail discussion of project overlaps, documenting observations and capturing key next steps
§ A background in Change Management and Project Management will be helpful in ensuring success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:
§ Engage critical project teams to understand their timelines and impact on BMS employees. Ensure reporting standards are being observed.
§ Take ownership of project set-up training materials and SharePoint references
§ Develop draft reports and provide initial insights and observations
§ Follow a reporting cadence and ensure reporting deliverables are achieved according to schedule

Requirements:
§ 5 to 10 years of Project Mgmt and/or Program Mgmt experience
§ Fundamental understanding of Change Management principles or possess experience as a Change Management leader
§ Analytical skills
§ Strong organizational skills
§ Excellent presentation (oral and written) skills
§ MS Project and PowerPoint
§ Tableau or Spotfire (a plus)
§ Adobe (a plus)
