Project Manager
Midtown, NYC
The Project Manager role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects as well as specific projects coordinating the delivery/support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Front Office, Credit and Market Risk business and technology teams. The key responsibilities will include:
Managing strategic projects through all phases of the SDLC lifecyle from initiation to delivery, partnering with technology teams to provide solutions for the business
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create detailed project plans to manage scope and delivery
Coordinate with Testing and Release Management teams, participates in release planning activities
Facilitate project prioritization, resource allocation, project status tracking, senior management reporting, and release coordination
Highlight, escalate, and resolve issues and roadblocks
Works with business users to understand/translate detailed data delivery requirement, closely manage project dependencies, issues, and milestone timeline with upstream data provider and downstream consumer.
Produce supporting project artifacts and update SharePoint and Wiki sites as required

Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Excel Skills ability to manipulate reasonably large volumes of data.
Ability to manage conflicts across teams
Investment Banking/Global Marks and Trade lifecycle knowledge
Experience in Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence and/or Risk is a plus
Experience with Agile Methodoloy
