Senior HRIS Manager w/PeopleSoft
· Manage HRIS initiative's and supports the organization's strategic objectives through PeopleSoft and other HRIS systems
Build relationships with HR team and key business leaders to understand business needs and translate needs into system and reporting requirements
· Provide technical and functional support as well as guidance for PeopleSoft applications, maintain configuration, and resolve system issues
· Oversee/maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and data analysis
· Manage and design the mapping of all HRIS tables to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting
· Lead efforts on the review, testing, and implementation of any HRIS upgrades and patches
· Serve as the HR systems SME, specifically PeopleSoft HR
· Lead and participate in the ongoing design and implementation of new functionality of PeopleSoft and other HR systems
· Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and performance of PeopleSoft and other HR systems
· Help maintain integrations between HRIS and other applications
· Design and develop key reporting tools, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports
· Drive process improvement across HR function by identifying areas for improvement understanding and meeting technical requirements and implications of changes
· Serve as the interface between business leaders to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HRIS applications
· Consult with business and process owners to understand the business case for development requests, process improvements, interfaces, and enhancements
· Create, analyze, update, refresh, and maintain technical requirements and test plans for the various HRIS applications
· Build and maintain HR configuration tables in PeopleSoft

Requirements
· 7+ years of HR technology implementation experience with demonstrated results in developing business requirements, deploying applications and process re-engineering
· 7+ years of experience in HRIS position, supporting customized and 3rd party HR applications
· Technical expertise with PeopleSoft, working heavily with PeopleSoft HR applications and modules, query development and report building
Solid experience in People Management including Functional, Technical and business users .
Interact with various groups within & outside HR ( ex: Payroll, IT, Finance etc)
· Extensive knowledge of functionality and configuration of PeopleSoft
· Experience in Implementation, Customization, Upgrade and Maintenance of PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM Applications
Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS (HR/ NA and Global Payroll/ Base Benefits/ Benefit Administration/ eApplications
Proficient in PeopleTools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Upgrade Assistant, Maintain Security, File Layout, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, PS Query and Data Mover.
Development and modification of Outbound and Inbound SQR interfaces.
Proficient in writing complex database reports and customizing PeopleSoft Delivered SQR reports.
Working Experiences in Databases like Oracle, SQL Server and DB2.
· Experience supporting and managing HR system configuration and maintenance
· Experience working with HRIS systems and implementing and supporting various platforms and functionally specific applications
· Strong understanding of HR processes and data to ensure correct system design and capability
· Leverage HRIS tools to develop efficient processes
· Solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes
· Strong business presentation skills and effective communication skills
· Excellent management and interpersonal skills
