Currently we have a TEMP to PERM contract spot for a Senior Accountant for
our client that is located in Morris County area. Looking for a Senior
Accountant to assist the Controller in day to day, monthly and quarterly
accounting functions. Ideally looking for someone with Yellow Book
experience. Please review the below job description and feel free to
contact me directly to discuss. Client is looking to hire immediately!

• Under direction of the Controller, this employee will be responsible for
performing accounting functions for the company and its affiliates.

• Must have knowledge of GAAP and Statutory accounting concepts. .

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Filing (Manual and
electronic)

• Bank Reconciliations

• Prepare and enter standard journal entries

• Assist in maintaining work papers and accounting schedules

• Reconcile G/L accounts to reports and work papers

• Help in Financial Statement Preparation

• Help with Yellow Book Preparation (must have working knowledge of YB
schedules)

• Assist in tax filings (1099's, unclaimed property and premium)

Sr. Operations Research Analyst in Parsippany, New Jersey
The Operations Research Analyst develops mathematical models and
analytical programs to solve business problems. This position provides
results from research to assist management in decision-making and
analyzes and determines data, system, and program requirements in
addition to system specifications for departmental projects. Essential
duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on
assignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops mathematical models and analytical programs to solve business
problems.

• Provides results from research to assist management in
decision-making.

• Analyzes and determines data, system, and program requirements in
addition to system specifications for departmental projects.

• Assists with design of models and programs.

• Performs assigned programming tasks.

• Participates in testing and implementation of systems and
interpretation of results.

• Prepares documentation for systems and programs.

Required Experience

• Bachelors Degree and preferably an advanced degree in Operations
Research, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.

• 7 to 10 or more years of experience in analytical, OR and scientific
programming.

• Strong experience with SAS, C, C++ in both Unix and Mainframe
environments.

• Experience with Sybase or Oracle databases.

• Experience using Cplex, MP Express or other math solvers.

• Experience solving Yield Management or Revenue Management problems in
the travel industry.

• Experience applying Project Management methodologies.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work well with diverse teams.

• Requires strong analytical, judgment, and problem solving skills.

• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent documentation skills required and the ability to work
effectively with clients, IT management, and their staffs.
