Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Release Manager who will manage, schedule and track
software releases and be responsible for setting direction and refining
Release Management processes and services, and working with other teams and
product owners to refine SDLC, prioritize agile backlogs, and maintain
release readiness and schedules. The RM will be in charge of source code
repository and branch integrity, versioning and management; own continuous
improvement, software build automation, continuous integration and release.
This fulltime employee position is located in Middletown, CT
Skills and Experience:
* 3-5 years Change/Release Management experience, preferably in
Microsoft environment.
* Expertise with source control management and continuous integration
principles, practices and build automation.
* Git/GitHub/TeamCity/MSBuild preferred but will consider similar
tools
* Experience with automated deployment and release management systems.
* Knowledge of Continuous Deployment methodologies is a plus.
* Experience with managing application configuration for .NET Windows
and IIS.
* Experience working with Visual Studio development tools and
configuration.
* Solid SDLC experience; Scrum/Agile is a plus
* Must have strong interpersonal, planning, facilitation, negotiating,
and organizational skills.
* Able to identify risk and issues and recommend appropriate
mitigation plans.
* Can work under pressure, with changing/competing priorities, tight
timelines and work independently with minimal oversight.
* Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and having
passion for highly-usable, modern web experiences and mobile applications
are highly desired.

enterprise-wide telecommunications service delivery and work on related
special projects.
This fulltime employee position is located in Danbury, CT.
Skills and Qualifications:
. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
. Minimum of five years job related experience
. Avaya Certifications on CM/SM 6.X platforms or equivalent work
experience required.
. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, SIP, VoIP, Networking, Wireless, along
with Microsoft, Linux and Cisco platforms.
. Work experience with Unified Collaboration and Video conferencing a
plus.
. Experience in the desktop, networking and telecommunications
services and ability to work as part of a team
. Experience implementing and supporting applications in a corporate
or healthcare environment
. Project Management skills.
