Overview
Our client is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager who will lead the IT
team in the deployment of data center client machines (desktops and
laptops), as well as system and application integrations during an
acquisition process.
This is 2-3 month contract project in Middletown, CT.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Computer Science
* 5+ years project management experience
* Must have extensive experience managing large projects, primarily
supporting data center acquisition and integration with existing systems
* Demonstrated ability to manage resources and establish positive
working relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools &
techniques.
* Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting technology problems
* Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of
organization, adapt and learn quickly
* Impeccable organizational skills required and must show ability to
stay on top of milestones and project due dates
* Working knowledge of health care industry and Healthcare IT related
experience (i.e. electronic health records) is preferred
* PMP certification, Training/certification in QI (lean, six sigma)
preferred but not required
