Desired Qualifications:§ Admitted toNJ Bar in good standing§ MUST have experience withcompanies which manufacture (preferably chemicals), Contract experience, andsome or lots of experience with M&A§ 4 - 8 years combined in house law department and/or law firm experience incommercial, corporate and product liability law. § Experienced in drafting andnegotiating complex commercial agreements including but not limited to supply,purchasing, private label, warranty, M&A review and confidentialitydocuments. § Experiencemanaging product liability, warranty and contract claims and litigation.
