The next Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) meeting is Tuesday, June 14.
Our guest speaker, Paul Bailo will present on the Digital Interview
NFP is where people meet to expand their network connections, as well as
learn the tools needed to advance their careers. Business professionals from
all industries and career levels are welcome to attend our monthly meetings.
Our philosophy is to build reciprocal relationships where business
professionals can exchange ideas, job leads, and build networking skills.
We usually have a guest speaker discuss a topic of interest for business
professionals.
Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month
from 5:30 - 8 pm. Attendance to NFP is free.
Networking from 5:30-6:00pm with a speaker presentation from 6:00pm to 7:30.
Networking until 8 pm.
Location: The Knights of Columbus building at Saint Rose in Newtown CT,
located at 46 Church Hill Road; behind Saint Rose church to the far left.
Please go in the entrance for Saint Rose church and drive in back of the
church to the far left.
The building has 3 garage doors on the first floor with the meeting room
upstairs.
The entrance is the door on the left front of the building.

All businesses today utilize virtual meetings. Recruitment practices can
also involve the use of digital interviews. Overall, the number of people
who use Skype has grown from about 300 million to more than 405 million in
the past year. Skype as a primary means of communication is used by 35% of
all businesses. The strategies and tips contained in Paul Bailo's book, The
Essential Digital Interview Handbook: Lights, Camera, Interview: Tips for
Skype, Google Hangout, GoToMeeting and More, will lift your confidence and
help you appear more professional for media interviews and giving online
presentations.

Our Client is looking for a multiple Senior Business Analysts for 1 Year+ Projects to work Onsite in Tarrytown, NY in ONE of the following areas:
1) Commercial (Sales & Marketing)/IT or
2) Clinical Regulatory/IT or
3) Research/Experience interacting with Scientists or
4) Infrastructure (Cloud, Networking, Voice, Communications)
**** PAY RATE TO $75hr W2****
***Candidates Need to be Green Card Holders or US Citizens and be able to work on our W2, as the Client Does Not Sponsor H1's.***
***Cannot work with 3rd Party or Corp Consultants for this Position, as per the Client.***
Requirement:
Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely. Document requirements in a structured and traceable manner where the requirements can be documented to a Business Requirements Document and traced through Use Case on through Quality Assurance Testing. Assist in requirements analysis and verification, tracking requirements status through the project, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards. Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly. Creates and manages SDLC documentation and obtains signoff from appropriate stakeholders. Elicits and documents business requirements, suggesting solutions and/or changes. Develops business cases, traceability matrices, swim lane diagrams, RACI diagrams and other documentation as needed. Facilitates User Acceptance Testing. Ensure alignment with business strategy/tactics. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand the business case and explain past projects.
