Title: Director, Global Customer Engagement
Location: New Haven County, CT
Salary: $120K- $160K + Annual Performance Bonus
World's largest quick service restaurant franchisor headquartered in New Haven County seeks Director, Global Customer Engagement to provide strategic vision/direction to the entire Customer Care organization to establish operational goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Will execute a multi-channel customer care channel strategy across traditional and emerging live and digital channels, including phone/social/chat/web/email/mobile:
* Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
* 12-15 years of proven strategic customer-facing/contact center operations management experience required
* Demonstrated expertise to deliver best in class multi-channel customer service across live and digital channels.
* Proven track record of developing/executing strategies to drive cultural change for the customer experience
* Experience in managing vendor relationships and outsourcing contracts.
* Thorough understanding of contact center technologies: channel, case and knowledge management systems.
* Exposure to the Quick Service Restaurant Industry preferred.
There is very little travel involved with this position: incumbent will be based in New Haven County headquarters. Relocation assistance may be provided for the perfect fit!

Overview
Our client is seeking an Information Security Manager who will play an
integral part in the development, implementation, and compliance of
technical security across the enterprise. This position is responsible for
managing risks related to information security, business continuity
planning, crisis management, privacy, and compliance. In addition, the
Information Security Manager ensures all staff members are trained on
enterprise and governmental security requirements through awareness
programs.
This fulltime employee position is located in Milford, CT
Skills and Qualifications
* Associates degree or higher in Information Technology, Information
Security or Computer Science.
* One of the following certifications preferred or willingness to
obtain: CISSP, CISM or CISA.
* 5+ years of professional experience in running an information
security function, including analyzing and applying information security
risk, risk management, and privacy practices.
* 5+ years of relevant work experience, including consulting and
general industry experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to react to high pressure dynamic changing environments.
* Ability to train security concepts to all areas of the business.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Professional experience in running the information security office
analyzing and applying information security, risk management, and privacy
practices.
* Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and
allocation.
* Consulting and general industry experience.
* Knowledge of national and international regulatory compliances and
frameworks such as ISO, SOX, BASEL II, EU DPD, HIPAA, and PCI DSNote.
