Position Summary:

As part of the Trading Technologies Support team, provide systems analysis
to support Equity Stock Trading, Equity Basket Trading, and Equity
Derivatives Trading Desks. Additional responsibilities include desktop
support as well as support of the Trading Compliance Firm wide and SWIFT
processing. Will also provide support to the Fixed Income Corporate, Money
Market, High Yield, and Foreign Exchange Trade desks. Specific
responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

* Support 22 Equity Traders and 8 Equity Trade Coordinators;
including troubleshooting issues impacting the proprietary Order Management
System, related Vendor Applications and related firm Trading applications by
delivering solutions in an expectable time frame from a Trader's
perspective.

* Act as a subject matter expert in all of the Order Management
functionality with the goal of providing training to traders or showing them
how to execute a certain workflow.

* Achieve Domain Knowledge expertise of the Order Management
workflows and database architecture for each of the Equity Trading
workflows: Common Stock, Options, Future, Swaps, Syndicate and Program
trading.

* Leverage knowledge of systems and database architecture and SQL
coding skills to generate ad hoc reports for Trading Management or make
manual entries into the Trading databases to address system issues.

* Write SQL scripts which will monitor potential data integrity
issues.

* Monitor all alerts and resolve them by working with the
Development teams.

* Work closely with the Development and Business Analysis teams to
identify and solve bugs and provide system enhancements.

* Provide a high level of electronic trading automation and tools
to automate the post-trade allocation notification process.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field plus two (2) years of
experience supporting Financial Systems or Trading Applications. Experience
must include:

* Demonstrated ability to interact with Traders in a fast paced,
high stress environment.

* Demonstrated SQL skills or similar coding experience. For
example, PERL, C++, Java, Visual Basic.

* Demonstrated knowledge of systems and database architecture.

* Demonstrate knowledge of the FIX protocol in support of
addressing FIX Trading issues

* Demonstrate knowledge of Networking skills

* Demonstrate knowledge of Server support (Windows / Linux)

* Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of the
described experience.

Keys to this Position:

1) Domain: Trading Systems knowledge is required.

2) This role is more Support than traditional Systems Analysis, therefore
the role involves developing deep knowledge of Trading systems and being
able to respond to Trading questions.

3) Technical: Must be able to query the database with SQL.

4) Very strong communication and client interfacing skills are required.
This role involves sitting on the Equity Trading floor interacting directly
with Traders.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for delivering system solutions and
supporting Workday Financials across all business teams in Finance. This
individual will start out as a member of the implementation team leading the
testing of multiple project work streams, including Financial Accounting,
Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects as well as
participate and assist on the Reporting and Security teams. The position
will include a combination of business/systems analysis and application
support responsibilities once live in production. Qualified applicants
must possess functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes
(record to report and procure to pay) as well as strong systems analysis and
support background, having demonstrated ability to learn and apply new
technologies to solve business challenges.

This position will be a "hands-on" role expected to support and maintain
core configurations used across the application, while assisting in and
leading the testing for the semi-annual Workday upgrades. This individual
will also be expected to perform system analysis and documentation as it
relates to new evolving requirements and enhancement requests. This role
will be a liaison to IT Corporate Firm wide Technology/ Development team
and/or partner vendors for resolution of complex issues, enhancements, and
other technical support as required.

Responsibilities:

Daily activities and responsibilities for this role include, but are not
limited to:

* Perform system administration tasks, including core setup data
and cross functional configurations (i.e. spend categories)

* Perform system security administration tasks, including
configuration/maintenance at both the domain and business process levels,
ensuring the alignment to appropriate security groups. This role will also
create new user accounts, apply security roles as appropriate and
perform/support quarterly audits.

* Provide end-user support; troubleshoot defects, bugs, and other
system issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation. Recommending
process or system workarounds where possible

* Responsible for developing reports and providing report
administration for custom reports used by Finance.

* Monitor various system integrations for errors, and provide basic
integration issue troubleshooting

* Define, analyze and document functional specifications for new
evolving business requirements

* Track and manage all process change requests and system
enhancements working with Finance business owners to set priorities

* Assists in or leads the testing for Workday semi-annual upgrades,
including the development of test plans and other supporting documentation
(i.e. scripts). Review release notes, assess new features and impacts to
business processes and basic changes in functionality

* Develop/maintain system related documentation, including
development of training materials

Required Skills and Competencies:

* 8+ years' experience in a systems role supporting Finance
department, possessing a strong knowledge base of Finance and Accounting
processes for record to report and procure to pay.

* Experience working with externally hosted and managed solutions
is required

* 1-3 years of experience with Workday Financials is preferred

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to
detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment, taking initiative and/or lead role as necessary

* The ability to manage multiple priorities is required as is
professional maturity with regard to handling of confidential information

* Bachelor's degree required, a major in Computer Science,
Finance/Accounting or related field is preferred

* Hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational database technology
required.

Keys to this Position:

1) We are seeking a Sr. Functional/Technical Systems Analyst, ideally
with Workday Financials. The role is 70% functional and 30% technical. We
will also look at candidates that have other Financial Package Software
Experience (i.e. PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle). The firm is migrating from
PeopleSoft to Workday. Go Live date is July 2017. This individual will be
part of the Implementation team.

2) The candidate must have functional knowledge of all the major areas
within Finance, i.e. AP, GL, Purchasing, etc. The technical piece will
involve doing configuration work and report development. However this
person will work with the technical person on the team that will handle the
more complex technical aspects.

3) This individual will work directly with the business so must have
excellent communication skills

4) Workday modules that will be implemented include Financial Accounting
(GL), Business Assets (Asset Management), Supplier Accounts (AP), Expenses,
Procurement and Projects.

5) This individual will be a senior resource with 10 plus years of
experience.
