All,

I have a position for a CFO for a midtown Manhattan law firm. $125 to $175K. They are seeking a CPA with prior law firm experience in all or some of the following practice areas: mass tort; personal injury; medical malpractice; pharmaceuticals.

I am looking for people for the following 2 positions:

1. Commercial lawyer for a Morris County law firm. Book of business not as important as experience with loan closings for banks. Will be tutored to become partner in a few years.

3. Commercial lawyer for a Morris County law firm. $500 minimum book of business.

- Design, plan and implement the Office 365 solutions.
- Design, Plan and Implement the ADFS Single Sign on and Directory Sync
- Design, plan and implement the Active Directory De-merger (End-to-End
Cycle)
- Must have experience in driving the Migration Project.
- Extensive experience in working with integrated technologies for
successful de-mergers.
- Must have expert in sharing past de-merger experience to customer to
get onto the best solution
- Strong knowledge in Scripting and ability to generate migration
related scripts.
- ITAR Experience is must. Government Cloud (Office 365) experience is
preferred.
- Must drive the project with complete focus on End User Experience.
- Sound Technical Deep-Dive knowledge in Exchange 2010/2007/Office 365
and Active Directory 2003/2008/2012
- Must have experience in migrating Users and applications using Dell
Migration tool (QMM) and ADMT.
- Sound Technical knowledge in Active Directory and AD Migration
experience.
- Must have strong technical troubleshooting skills and documentation
skills
- Must have ability to work with Offshore team and drive the team
- Strong experience in driving customer interactions and ability to
drive the project closure within the proposed timelines
- Ready to work 24*7 and working knowledge in ITIL
- Document all risks, issues and mitigation strategies that could affect
fulfilling the opportunities
- Good written and business communication skills
- To work through issues analytically to a successful conclusion
- To have ability to create documentation around architecture and new
solutions
