OS and Architecture Technical Lead- Win 7 project
Norwalk CT
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a OS and
Architecture Technical Lead- Win 7 project for a contract assignment with
one of our premier financial clients in Norwalk, CT.
*Responsibilities:*
Team Lead for OS, Hardware & Infrastructure work streams.
· Drive collection of requirements, discussions and decisions on
the approach and design components of Windows 7.
· Architect & drive decisions around operating system
infrastructure and provisioning (Physical & VDI)
· Architect & drive decisions around user profile management.
Lead Infrastructure design decisions and technology selection processes
for (APP Virt, EPM, App Compat Tools etc)
*Required Skills: *
- Windows XP Windows 7
- Windows Desktop Build Standardization/Management
- Desktop Management Infrastructure
- OS Imaging and Deployment
- Windows Scripting and Automation
- Process Design and Documentation
- Windows Software Installs
- Windows 2003 Active Directory
- Resource/People Management
*Preferred candidates would also meet the following criteria:*
- A logical and structured approach to troubleshooting and decision
making
- A strong facility for process design and implementation
- Common sense approach to issues and areas of little knowledge; ability
to synthesize multiple sources and types of data and draw conclusions
