2) SUBJECT LINES: The subject should match the post. Posts with subjects that don't match are confusing. If the topic has changed, change the subject line. Posts with substantially mismatched subjects, including replies to Digests, are subject to removal from the message archive.
3) Stay on topic. Only Career/Job/Networki
4) To keep things easily readable, delete unnecessary parts of the post you are responding to. Most of the time this means deleting the previously quoted post and only quoting a single post in yours. work may include identifying business needs and requirements,

operating processes, writing test scripts and performance testing,
placing test orders and performing competitive research.
Eligibility Administration:Partner with
merchants, planning team and store operations to ensure high risk items
are not included in Omnichannel fulfillment eligibility. Using the
Toys"R"Us merchandising tool, execute daily and weekly updates to ISPU,
SFS, S2S and store eligibility.Participate in creation of guidelines
and business rules with respect to Omnichannel applications and
support. Responsible for maintaining the SOS free shipping inclusions.

GROM's client is in need of an SAP Development Manager to manage their Level 4 support desk which supports the development, deployment, and production support for multiple global templates and localized environments. The immediate role is to focus on code quality. This consultant will be responsible to manage development quality in the operational environment, enhancing development processes, driving retrofitment and harmonization plan, reviewing exceptions, managing schedule and deliverables, managing vendors, reporting on progress, and making corrective actions. This role will also support the strategic directions of the group´s services to continuous improve and contain cost.
Responsibilities:
*Define development requirements for the technical architecture team including tools, environment, configuration, and system landscape
*Attend functional GAP analysis meetings with business and provide direction on technical capabilities
*Perform code reviews and technical design reviews; ensure technical documentation is complete and accurate.
*Review functional specifications and provide feedback for content and structure
*Define and maintain development standards, best practices, and design guidelines
*Perform high level and detail estimates for work packages defined
*Ensure that the implementation is supportable by the production support team
*Work with the business to understand the semantics and business rules for integration.
*Developing project plans that include task level detail for implementation of work
*Ensure quality control and standards , process, design, and implementation meet defined expectations
*Act as an SAP Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and main point of contact for end to end integration
*Provide guidance on complex technical issues.
Experience:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited university
*Strong understanding of SAP architecture and development and experience working with SAP modules such as Finance, CRM, HCM, T&E, and MRS
*At least 10 years of hands on experience in SAP software development and 5 years in a technical lead role.
*Acted as a technical lead for at least 2 SAP implementations that included custom development using the SAP Netweaver development platform.
*Solid knowledge of SAP Web Dynpro ABAP and ABAP framework and related tools
*Experience with Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms
*Experience as a lead with the offshore delivery model
*Ability to provide high level and detail estimates
*Ability to travel internationally (as needed)
Technical Skills
*Experience designing, implementing, and supporting software based on SAP development technologies that include:
*PI 7.0/7.1
*ABAP
*Web Services
*Runtime Workbench
*Experience designing, implementing, and supporting production grade software based on SAP ABAP including:
*BAPIs, Function
*Workflow
*LSMW
*ALE and IDocs
