PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with Maintenance/Engineering Department and St. Louis personnel on monthly & annual property accounting closing. Track spending on all capital jobs.
2. Report on property accounting status including the monthly 61 Capital recap report, Capital Review reports and MCRE report.
3. Report on monthly financial status of Balance Sheet reconciliations and 75 Report for Insurance.
4. Create and correct Maintenance time summary and parts issue before posting to G/L at month end and the Capitalized Engineering Labor.
5. Work up and input time cards on Mondays to help payroll. Handle all of Payroll when Payroll coordinator is on vacation.
6. Upload monthly reporting to SharePoint and notify via e-mail necessary recipients.
7. Collaborate with Financial Accounting Manager on annual budget preparation.

One of the keys to the role is someone with a blend of IT & Marketing skills,
They are seeking a very experienced, hands-on technology chief to manage the day-to-day operations of their IT systems, website and long-term strategic technology vision.
Should have 8-10 years of experience in hands-on management of the administration of internal IT infrastructure, VERY strong database administration skills, development and management of multiple (10+) marketing web sites and online/cloud-
Applicants, in coordination with the CEO's operational objectives, will also need to demonstrate experience in maintaining a secure WAN infrastructure, supervising IT staff, maintaining a technical and marketing documentation library, managing databases and maintaining a cloud-based CRM.
All applicants will need to demonstrate excellent vendor management skills, the ability to manage on-shore and off-shore development teams, in-house contractors, coordinate the technology needs of multiple internal business units, and support and manage domestic and international remote offices and users.
The ability to design, develop, document, train and support in-house and online applications in a non-autonomous environment also required.
Applicants with prior experience in marketing will be given preference. Specifically, the ability to source/generate incoming business leads via targeted e-mail marketing systems, SEO, social media and other technology tools is desired. Prior experience utilizing cloud-based, CRM solutions and the ability to integrate CRM technology into daily operations is also preferred. Demonstrated experience in list building and web-crawling technologies is also preferred. Familiarity with email blasts and email marketing.
Candidates should have relevant Microsoft, Cisco, Project Management and SCRUM/LEAN/Six Sigma certifications in their history, have prior SaaS experience and have five or more years of successfully managing a complex IT operations infrastructure. Superior interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of new, relevant technologies and strong organizational skills are a must. An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Finance is required. An advanced degree such as a MBA is preferred.

Project Summary:
Replace legacy LMS solution with cloud-based solution
Project Description:
· Manage and monitor project timeline (managing overall timeline and incorporating timeline updates from workstream leads)
· Track status against project plan
· Update status reports and project management documents
· Meeting organization/
· Assist with project status communication
· Assist with managing the project SharePoint site
Required Skills:
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Project, Outlook mail/calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
· Prefer experience with SABA and cloud-based solutions, but not required
This 6 + month position starts ASAP.
