A major  credit rating agency located in New York City is looking for an experienced
internal audit/compliance manager who will be responsible for assessing the firm's code of ethics, credit rating criteria and other policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Will conduct, analytical, functional and office audits across the various credit rating
groups and other offices.
Lead the annual risk assessments and audit planning process.
Preparing senior management audit reports.
Managing implementation of new audit software systems.
Assisting on special reviews when needed.
Experience:
Bachelors Degree 10-12 years experience of operational or process auditing
experience and 5-7 years of management experience / CPA is a plus.
Experienced compliance or internal auditor with excellent project management skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external client relationships.
Travel- The CAG Group is located in NYC and London which will require travel.
Salary - Up to 170k or more plus a bonus.

We need to fill 2 of these positions as soon as possible, we can pay
between$ 65-70/hour C2C all inclusive rate based on fit. We will need a
write-up on each candidate demonstrating that they have the vast majority of
these specs. Must be local to NY/NJ market or willing to relocate in area
ASAP at own expense.

Must have very good language skills!

A Big 4 Public Accounting Firm is looking for an IT Auditor with 2-6 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. The Candidate should have experience in the area of Process Assurance which provides services related to controls the Financial Reporting, Compliance and Operational Processes.
Responsibilities:
Candidate should have Sarbanes Oxley audit experience and project management skills.
Must identify key risks, internal controls and business technical knowledge.
Must interact with clients and executing projects on solutions and executing projects on client engagements.
Experience:
3 years on IT Auditing, Consulting and implementing projects.
BS in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems or Management Information Skills.
Salary - Between 70k-95k based on experience.

Description:
Project Manager will work in the Technology PMO and ensure successful delivery of key projects or programs. Consultant will be split 50% between a software estimation initiative and managing mid-sized IT projects.  The consultant should have experience in PMO governance and transforming a PMO into a measured organization with specific focus on these points:
 
* Well versed in the SDLC process and governance
