This individual will work with Business Stakeholders of various Back-office departments to develop functional requirements, configure, implement, manage and support various operational applications.
The Director will be responsible for all deliverables associated with the development, configuration, unit testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of this companyâs Back-office Systems and applications during their lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide system solution to address business requirements
* Manage design, development and implementation of customer and Third-party applications to address various back-office processes as per Department standards
* Implement and support various Back-office systems, etc.
* Develop and maintain strategic technology plan for Back-office systems
* Identify and Prioritize system enhancements and develop functional specifications to meet business requirements
* Identify, propose and apply new technologies to enhance existing applications
* Manage employee/s, and external consultants
* Manage a team to maintain and support all Back-office applications
* Adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
* Maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with people both internally and externally as it relates to the operations and business of this company.
* Suggest, support and participate in the quality initiatives undertaken by this company. Suggest, support and influence programs within the department or company that refine systems and processes and improve overall performance. Requirements:

* Prior knowledge of Back-office Systems is required
* Hands-on implementation experience of Back-office systems is required
* Prior knowledge of Back-office business processes â" Customer Service, Claims processing, etc. is preferred
* Prior knowledge of designing, developing and supporting custom and third-party systems is essential
* Full Project Life Cycle Experience is essential
* Prior experience managing Employees and/or consultants is required Â

* Minimum 7 - 10 years of Business Experience is required
* Minimum 5 years of implementation of Enterprise Applications is required
* Prior experience of supporting enterprise applications is required
* Prior experience of supporting mission-critical applications is required
* Prior experience of providing 24 x 7 application support is preferred
* Prior experience of Healthcare or Financial Services industry is preferred
