facility infrastructure systems (Fire suppression, uninterruptible power
supply-including battery stores, onsite backup power generation, heat and
cooling systems and identification of other facility assets that pose risk to
operations) including services provided under contract, service gaps identified
and assessment of services performed by current and former providers for the
past 24 months.
3. Written summary of contacts and
information sources contributing to the assessment.
4. Written recommendations/
facility infrastructure and contract findings with process and service
improvement opportunities.
