Service Coach # Of Openings: 5+ full and part time Job Location(s): Monmouth & Ocean Counties Salary: $12.75 per hour FT/PT/Hrs: 3-11p.m. - Sun- Thursdays or Fri/Sat 3-8pm, Sun/Mon 7-12pm (20 hours) Fri/Sat 7-12 pm & Sun/Mon 4-9pm (20 hours), Fri/Sat 8-1pm, Sun/Mon 4-9pm (20 hours) Benefits: Full time, med/vision & paid holidays, pto, etc. Working alone in a group home with consumers with Axis 1 disabilities. You are providing day-to-day support to program participants and assist them with the activities of daily living and their role to be involved in structured ways. Medicine dispensing, documentation, progress notes, keeping residence up to fire safety codes, driving consumers to appointments, helping them with environmental care.. Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record ONE of the following is required: - Bachelor Degree in Mental Health or Human Services

- LPN + 2 years related work/life experience
- 1+ years of college plus related work/life experience equaling 4 years

Direct Support Professional - Direct Care # Of Openings: 3-5 part time & fulltime Job Location(s): Monmouth & Ocean Counties Salary: $11.22 - 14.29 per hour Monday - Friday 9:30-2:30 - DAY PROGRAM Residential program - Toms River, Sat/Sun 8:00 - 8:00 p.m. (2, 12 hour shifts, totaling 24 hours) Benefits: Fulltime only, med/vision & paid holidays, pto, etc. Responsibilities include counseling, assessments, and support to persons with developmental disabilities working in the community and facility-based setting. Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record HS Diploma or GED required Day Programs have 50-60 consumers with Developmental Disabilities who attend program during the weekday. Responsibilities include driving the company vehicle and picking them up and bringing them home (runs). - $13.45 per hour w/highschool diploma, 4 yr college degree $14.29 Residential Program is where the consumers live. Different location and pay scale. - $11.22 per hour |
