Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
Duration: 03 Months in start, extendable upto 2.5 Year

Position Responsibilities
Assist with the development, measurement, and reporting of staffing, recruiting, and diversity related data/metrics
Interact and coordinate data and reporting requirements and solutions with HR Reporting teams, HRIS, IT, HR Business Partners, and other Data Providers
Support Leadership team with executive presentations and supporting metrics
Ensure the highest standards of quality control and data integrity
Ongoing requirements gathering and UAT efforts related to reporting
The selected candidate will work with the following systems: Cognos, PeopleSoft/Oracle, Staffing systems (VZCareers, EPSR, VZRecruit, BrassRing) and other various Verizon data repositories
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience of demonstrated EXPERT proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and adapt to change easily
Strong organizational and planning skills required
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), as defined by the ability to create and deliver effective correspondence and presentations to Senior Management
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with data warehousing, report writing and delivery
Experience with the following systems: Cognos Query/Report/Analysis Studio, PeopleSoft, Staffing systems (Oracle, EPSR, Brass Ring)
MS Access
TOAD
Experience working with cross functional teams
Experience working with all levels of management
Project management experience
Broad understanding of the Verizon corporate structure and organizational hierarchy
