Job Description:
Our Client a Prestigious Investment Management Firm, is looking for an Accounting Manager, Client Services to join their team. This position will overseeing a small group dealing with high net worth or high income clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Position Qualifications:
Education: College degree in accounting. CPA, CFP and/or MBA preferred.
Experience: Experience in accounting and tax services, mostly dealing with high net worth or high income clients.

Position Responsibilities:
- Approve the processing of client remittances including checks, wires, deposits and transfers.
- Maintain the financial history of client assets, liabilities, income and expenses.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of client reports such as cash flow statements, net worth statements and other client-directed reports.
- Assist clients with cash flow and budget planning.
- Provide support to clients' estate, gift and business planning processes.
- Coordinate with legal, investment, philanthropic and insurance advisors.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of clients' annual financial reviews.
- Assist clients with banking services such as checking accounts, call loans, mortgages and credit cards.
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of individual, corporate partnership and foundation tax returns, and quarterly estimates.
- Respond to notices from taxing authorities and handle tax audits.
- Provide ongoing tax planning services.
