TCN's May 19th meeting will proudly present a return engagement from career and interviewing coach Alex Freund. Alex's presentation is entitled:
"HOW TO UNDERSTAND AND ADAPT TO THE CURRENT JOB MARKET"
This presentation explains the reason for the uncertainly in today's job market, the ways employers are reacting, and the impact on job seekers. It explains the role of recruiters now and in the future. It gives suggestions about how best to work with recruiters. And it describes two new tools: one that identifies the keywords employers use for a specific position and how to match those words with your resume and one with visual slides to identify the things employers want versus the things a job seeker's resume offers.
