Provide technical support to Information Builder's customers and employees with application deployment, debugging and problem determination. The Technical Support Representative Level III is a proven high-level person with technical expertise and customer support skills. Duties and Responsibilities
• Solve problems and answer questions quickly, efficiently and courteously
