Whether your calendar is filled with commitments or you need to get through piles of paperwork, either can easily lead to stress, frustration, and be overwhelming because you don't see any end in sight. You can come in early, stay late, take work home, do two things at once -- but your to-do list just keeps getting longer and longer! Sound familiar?
TCN's June 23rd meeting will proudly present communications coach Linda Trignano, with a presentation entitled:
"TIME MANAGEMENT MAGIC"
Time is a resource distributed to everyone in equal measure. Discover the power of managing your time effectively. Time management is much more complicated than making a list and checking things off. The first step is recognizing what needs to change and then doing something about it. Becoming aware and making simple changes how you use time can bring about dramatic performance improvements. Come join our facilitator and other workshop participants to tackle your time management issues and speed up your work routine. You will gain a deeper understanding of how your time management skills have a direct effect on the efficiency and quality of your work and personal life, and review strategies to bring about change.

Linda Trignano is a highly effective communications coach and consultant with over 25 years experience. Through her firm Trignano Consulting, she provides coaching and consulting to individuals and business groups to improve their performance through effective communication skills training. Areas of practice include career coaching, training and developing and coaching groups and business managers to enhance their communication skills. As part of her training she utilizes "state-of-the-art" DiSC insight assessments focusing on leadership, team building, 4 generations working together, change management and highly effective sales communication styles.
Linda is a professional speaker as well as a member of the American Society of Training & Development, the NJ Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), and Women in Computing. She holds a MS in Management-Training, from Montclair State University, a BA in Communications from Ramapo College, Human Resources Certification from Rutgers University, Project Management Certification from Stevens Institute of NJ, as well as a coaching degree from Coach University, CO.
