Position Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the design, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes including tooling, fixturing, quality components and capital equipment.
* Has project management responsibility for team projects and insures the adequacy of all project planning, tracking and reporting.
* Responsible for the investigation, justification and implementation of productivity increases and cost improvement programs through recommendation of product design changes, more efficient production methods and capital equipment purchases and developments.
* Works with the Company Management team on the prioritization of production floor problems. Determines and communicates root causes and implements solutions. Job Description:
The Sales Engineer will report into the Product Development organization
for tight alignment with Sales Product Line Managers. This is a new

· RFP coordination and response preparation, proposal coordination,

As a mid-life career changer herself, she identifies with what it felt like
to be confused and stuck. She returned to graduate school for a Masters
Degree in Career Development, and then became Adjunct Faculty in the Career
Development Masters Program at The College of New Rochelle, where she
developed curriculum and supervised the internship program. Prior careers
included headhunting/recruiting for attorneys, editing for Addison Wesley
Publishing Company, bookstore management, and teaching elementary school.
Linsey earned her MS in Career Development from The College of New Rochelle
and BA in Education from Queens College. She is certified to administer the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) by Type Resources (1996) and is an active
