The Schegg Group is conducting a search for an On-Line Business Development Manager.
Salary - $75K + bonus / commission

Our client, in the greater Bridgeport area, needs a business development sales pro in the online advertising space to deliver results
in maintaining market leadership to meet client growth and revenue objectives.

Scope of Responsibility:

* Lead efforts to identify, negotiate and sign new advertising partnerships
* Outreach to prospective new vendor partners based on member demand and current gaps in the product offering
* Maximize revenue goals in each product category to expand network size
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify tactics to drive incremental revenue and new channels
* Maintain a high-level of sales activity through face-to-face presentations
* Identify key market trends and consumer needs to support company's goals
* Meet or exceed sales target goals (monthly, quarterly, annually)

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum 5-7 years online / advertising sales experience
* Able to travel
* Demonstrated track record of overachievement
* Creative and persuasive communication style
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong strategic problem solving skills
* Organized and detail oriented
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus

Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) next meeting is Tuesday, July 8 ,
2014.

Our guest speaker Paul Bailo will present on "Secrets of a Digital
Interview..Lights Camera Interview"

NFP is where people meet to expand their network connections, as well as
learn the tools needed to advance their careers. Business professionals from
all industries and career levels are welcome to attend our monthly meetings.

Our philosophy is to build reciprocal relationships where business

The
Digital Team Manager will lead digital initiatives for the in-house advertising
agency with the objective of supporting multiple distribution channels, product
lines, and programs to achieve business objectives. He/She will be responsible
for supervising a team of digital media specialists (SEO, Social and Email
Marketing).
 
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
·        Lead data-driven decision making process and optimize campaigns
based on marketing results to positively impact key metrics.
·        Oversee social media efforts in New
Jersey and collaborate on enterprise social media initiatives.
·        Develop and manage company's Search
Engine Optimization strategies.
·        Serve as lead resource in development

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Data Engineer who will be a part of the
Strategic Analytics team that is responsible for implementing innovative
predictive models and data mining. This individual will work data modelers
and analysts to understand their requirements, then create, design and
implement data sets/structures in the right context required for a given
analysis.

This is a fulltime employee position in Stamford or Hartford, CT

Our client will assist with relocation expenses.

Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to see through
ambiguous concepts, break down complex problems into manageable components
* 5+ years SAS experience in data transformation (BASE Procs, Data
Step, SAS Macros).
* Strong SQL Skills required.
* Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and design.
* Experience building data structures to support
analytical/research/actuarial functions strongly preferred.
* Experience with RDBMS systems (Oracle, DB2, Teradata, SQL Server
strongly preferred).
* Experience in ETL development (DataStage, Informatica, Ab Initio,
