VISION: Parent Company has invested $50+ million in US Subsidiary to significantly grow this middle market, boutique financial services entity. Investment includes acquiring key talent from large financial services companies, an end-to-end technology infrastructure upgrade, new development/training programs, and a new go-to-market coverage plan. Vision for US subsidiary is to grow double digits annually over the next few years; focused on expanding market / wallet share growth in key industries, penetrating new markets, and competing in private banking. Subsidiary has 150+ B2B clients and $1+ billion in current B2B lending commitments. This is a high-touch, direct access (relationship-based) model that focuses on customers with sales between $5 and $150 million.

OPPORTUNITY: Leader of the credit team that is charged with enabling growth of the region's portfolio while ensuring the health of the region's credit portfolio, balancing business growth and risk management. Report to the Regional Executive and Chief Credit Risk Officer. Manage a team of Credit Officers that support credit facilities (line of credit, letter of credit, term loan, bankers acceptances) from $2 million to $50 million. Strong focus analyzing credit related to "new" business development, partnering with Relationship Managers, and interact closely with customers as a trusted advisor.

* Participate as part of leadership team in developing business goals and plans for the region, assessing staffing and deal flow, spotting local trends, and maintaining the general health of the credit portfolio.
* Serve as a business partner to fiscally expand market share in the manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, retail, import, export, healthcare (specifically Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing facilities), food & commodities, non-profit, defense, services, and technology sectors.
* Develop and maintain high quality underwriting standards that align to business profitability and governance objectives, including portfolio monitoring.
* Align with Credit Risk organization in all aspects of Policy & Procedure, portfolio trend monitoring, overall credit performance, and human resources (people management).

REQUIREMENTS: BS required; MUST have grown a sizeable portfolio using a multi structured approach in various industries; strong knowledge of Middle Market businesses in the following sectors - healthcare, wholesale, food and beverage, electronics, manufacturing, non-profit, professional services, consumer goods. Demonstrated results partnering with Relationship Managers on fiscally-sound, double digit growth initiatives. Ability to interface with key internal and external stakeholders. Extensive experience in structuring deals and creating monitoring practices with the Middle Market space. Knowledge and hands on experience with financial statement analysis, CFE review, BBC, Covenant Compliance, etc. 3+ years with direct people management responsibility.

REWARD: $160-200,000 plus 20-30% in annual bonus target (that can pay up to 200%), work/life balance (as compared to other top-tier boutique and national financial services firms), excellent benefits & upside potential.

On Wednesday, July 9, 2014, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. the Hillsdale Career
Resource Ministry Network Group will be meeting in the Sheen Center at St.
John The Baptist Parish at 69 Valley Street in Hillsdale, NJ.

At our July 9th meeting, we will have a guest speaker, Cynthia Oates.

Cynthia V. E. Oates is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. Cynthia
graduated with honors from Union County College and holds impressive
financial certifications. She is recognized as a community leader in civic
and business activities.

Although Cynthia's major career activities deal with the financial world,
her approach in addressing her clients' needs can be used as a model as we
contemplate our career and life goals as well. In addressing her clients'

bumps that afflict everyone's job campaign.
