To all the Friends of the GenY Networking Group - Thank you again for your continued support!

You have your college degree and maybe some work experience. You are looking forward to putting your knowledge to use at a great company but…a lot of time has elapsed and still no job. What else can you do? We will cover the following 5 critical areas that may help you refocus and land that job!
You may not:
1. have enough job search activity in a variety of search channels
2. be able to clearly and succinctly articulate your value to the
interviewer/hiring manager
3. have your LinkedIn profile polished and use it effectively and consistently
4. be practicing linking your skills to the open job in a way that makes you
stand out from the crowd.
5. have good followup skills with your contacts and it's undermining your job
search effort
Linda Trignanohas more than 30 years of experience in providing coaching and consulting to managers and teams to improve communications and increase productivity. Linda helps her clients identify their career goals and find their dream job. Utilizing her expertise and knowledge as a former corporate recruiter with AT&T, she understands what employers are looking for in a candidate. One area of specialty is preparing you to shine in interviews.
Through her firm, Trignano Consulting, she helps individuals and business groups maximize their performance through targeted communication skills training. Areas of practice include training and developing, coaching to improve skills personally and professionally, team building, four generations working together, change management and highly effective sales communication styles. She specializes in showing managers how to handle grief in the workplace.
So come out and join us for this engaging session - please plan to attend and spread the word. I am confident that Linda will not disappoint and that you will enjoy this evening.
