Vicki's career has included HR leadership roles at biotech and high technology companies, including Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, MannKind Biopharmaceuticals, International Pharmaceutical Research, a small CRO (Contract Research Organization), as well as Virgin Mobile USA. Vicki builds and manages creative services to assist industry employers with talent needs. This includes a centralized resource for sourcing candidates, providing access to innovative education and training programs, and offering contemporary transition services and career coaching to displaced workers for life sciences industry professionals in New Jersey. Vicki also leads the Human Resources Forum group for BioNJ. Through her consulting business, NewSuit, LLC, she coaches and advises employers on ways to connect with the local talent market.
