TheThe Global User Access Management Team (UAM) is part of the HR operations Department within the Human Resources Services division of Barclays. Operating as a shared service across Barclays globally, the team is responsible for managing HR systems security, role development, user access and system controls. Collaboratively with the Technology team, UAM governs systems ensuring compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements and managing audit risks.
Main Function
The primary function of this role will be to support the UAM team with developing support documentation for UAM processes, assist in the transition plan for Tier 1 and Tier 2, provide support for the user access recertification campaign, and the Control Issue of Group Level Significance (CIGLS) project. In addition to liaising with the IT HR Business Analyst to collect security gaps and facilitate process improvements.
Main Duties
Executable:
. Assist with developing user procedures, guidelines and training documentation.
. Provide support in Training Tier 1 on Barclays SAP access approval and provisioning system
. Liaise with IT to build and test workflow modifications
. Requirements gathering and analysis of UAM processes, identifying and managing issues and risks with UAM team and appropriate stakeholders
. Report and analyze existing users' access, assist with role cleansing efforts, and alignment of functions to appropriate OneHR roles
. Knowledge of SAP role designs, transaction codes and infotypes
. Support of other UAM functions as needed
Essential
Qualifications /education: Bachelors Degree
Experience required: o Must have 2-3 years SAP HR experience
o Must have 2-3 years of project life cycle experience, with strong knowledge Microsoft of Excel and PowerPoint.
o Experience in a financial industry and working with Global teams
Skills and knowledge: (Specific product knowledge/PC skills/languages etc)

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who has a deep
understanding of application systems, packaged software, interfaces, data
integration, and hardware/cloud environments; works to keep up to date on
technology, best practices and applies past experiences of technology to
current situations
This fulltime employee opportunity is located in Wilton, CT
Skills and Qualifications:
* CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) company is required
* 5+ years of recent business and systems analysis, requirements
gathering and design, software evaluation, and process modeling.
* 3 - 5 years of experience managing the design, development and
implementation of software solutions, including planning, organizing, and
managing resources.
* Experience with Business Intelligence tools and building reports
* 2+ years in managing projects consisting of Business users, IT
teams, consultants, and vendors.
* Detailed understanding and use of SDLC methodology best practices.
* Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
* Cross-functional business experience is a must.
* Experience with modifying, testing and validating system
configuration.
* Technical expertise in Trade Promotions Management systems is a
plus.
* Experience with Accenture CAS software is a plus.
* Experience working with SQL or Oracle DBs
* Experience with SQL scripting a plus
