  This is a permanent role in New Brunswick, NJ for someone who has worked in a corporate environment with more than 5,000 employees. 
  . 
  The HR department's size is 30 and this person would have supported about 1,000 employees in a previous role. 
  
  The primary responsibilities would be 50% employee relations and 30% recruitment and 
  other ad-hoc projects 
  Requirements 
  Minimum 3 years in a Generalist role 
  Knowledge of EEOC
