There will be *NO* meeting on Friday, October 16th or 23rd due to other
wonderful programs at the Princeton Public Library.

PSG of Mercer County will return on Friday, October 30th with a terrific

Engineering Director for a specialtychemical company located in northern NJ.  Company is highly successfulreaching bonus target levels over the past several years.  Companyacquired additional businesses, making them a global leader in several marketsegment. Responsibilities:Manage the Global Engineering effort forthe organization.  Mentor team members to support all activities forglobal manufacturing processes.  Three direct reports with severalindirects.
- Manage pilot plant activities and strategic plans for unit
- Oversee project plans and follow up metrics
- Develop and implement strategic staffing plans based on overall business strategies
- Budgeting…staffing, product formulations and capital expenditures.
 Ideal background:
- ChemE; MBA, Masters in ChemE and/or Engineering Management a big plus
- 5-10 year's experience in global engineering management / process engineering in chemical organization
- Pilot plant/scale up expertise
- Demonstrated track record of success documented on resume
- Experience with MS Office Suite, ASPEN, AutoCAD, Project Mgt, etc.
