independently. The expectation is that this
person will require day to day operations keeping the system healthy
2. Manage the helpdesk, create reports on user calls, batch issues and

3. Timely and accurate user notifications.
4. Assist with report to support monthly metric reporting.
5. Coordinate and perform Disaster Recovery test.
6. Assist with gathering of sox/audit evidence.
7. Ability to prioritize and engage management in situations when
prioritization is a challenge
8. Provide the access to application as required by following the standards
and procedures
9. Be able to lead a meeting, know all parts of a meeting
10. Develop a deep understanding of the business needs and strategic
directions.
11. Provide subject matter expertise for support of risk applications
12. Investigation of root cause analysis and corrective action
13. Work closely with Business Partners and Development team
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years in supporting client applications and complex batches.
2. 7+ years using the following tech Unix, Shell scripts, Autosys and SQL.
3. 7+ years of knowledge of Sybase, Netezza, SQL Server, or similar DBMS is
a must, and good experience in
articulating and handling performance issues typically seen in very large
databases.
4. Understanding of the Service Support and Delivery disciplines. Aware of
the importance for incident, problem and
change management procedures for day to day support activities.
Desired Skills
1. Good knowledge of Financial Risk Management or Market Risk
