Benefits Analyst: This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity and salary will be determined based on experience. The Benefit Analyst is responsible for serving as the day-to-day liaison with client contacts and their respective healthcare providers and carriers during implementations, open enrollments, and ongoing benefits administration. Additional responsibilities for the Benefit Analyst include maintaining employee eligibility, performing quality assurance tasks, resolving escalated client-specific issues, and collaborating with internal team members and other departments for client deliverables and special projects.Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:-Bachelors degree in Benefits Administration, Human Resources or equivalent work experience is preferred;-Minimum of 2 years experience in an employee benefits capacity;-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.E. Mail merge, sorting/filtering, formulas);-Experience working through an open enrollment or annual renewal benefits cycle preferred;-Client-facing experience is preferred;-Experience within a health care, health and welfare consulting, insurance brokerage, human resources consulting, or employee benefits related industry is highly preferred;-Related exposure to Benefits Administration, COBRA, Spending Accounts, HRIS, and/or Payroll environments is a plus. Technical Analyst: This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity and salary will be determined based on experience. The Technical Analyst is responsible for the technical tasks and deliverables in regards to clients' benefit plan implementations, open enrollments, ongoing administration, and special projects. This includes working collaboratively with clients, carriers, and internal departments to develop technical and functional specifications, create and execute comprehensive test plans, and consult on system design, implementations, and business process flows. The Technical Analyst will have the opportunity to work with multiple companies with technical responsibilities and ownership as well as the opportunity to align with strategic business goals.Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:-Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or other related field is preferred;-Minimum of 2 years of technical analytical work experience required (i.E. Technical specification writing, test plan development, ad hoc report writing, data conversion, etc.);-Strong working knowledge Microsoft Access and/or SQL is required;-Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite;-Knowledge with Software Development Life Cycle methodology (SDLC) is preferred;-Experience within a health care, health and welfare consulting or employee benefits industry, is preferred;-Related exposure to Benefits Administration, COBRA, Spending Accounts, HRIS, and/or Payroll environments is a plus;-Must demonstrate multi-tasking abilities. Configuration Analyst: This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity and salary will be determined based on experience. The Configuration Analyst will serve as the SME for the enrollment system and will handle complex configuration and renewal setups along with the data specifications of the clients' individual portals. The Configuration Analyst will work in partnership with various internal departments as well as external clients and vendors to obtain new system specifications and carrier/plan changes.Essential duties and responsibilities for the Configuration Analyst include accountability for all client deliverables and procedures related to plan design changes; oversee plan designs and functional design specifications for all aspects related to setup and configuration; quality review of EDI, carrier and payroll files, reports and worksheets; analyze various materials related to training and procedures; perform data manipulation, mapping and conversions with applicable validation; participate and facilitate meetings; continuously identify and resolve risks with ability to recognize necessity to escalate to higher levels for resolution; coach/train internal team members; and work on special projects as requested.Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:-Bachelors degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science preferred and/or equivalent work experience is required;-Minimum of 3 years experience in technical analytical work experience required (system configurations, client requirements, ad hoc report writing, data conversions, etc.);-Proven experience performing data manipulation utilizing Access and Excel;-Experience within a health care, health and welfare consulting, insurance brokerage, human resources consulting, or employee benefits related industry is highly preferred;-Related exposure to Benefits Administration, COBRA, Spending Accounts, HRIS, and/or Payroll environments, a plus;-Demonstrated project management and project planning skills;-Strong organizational and analytical skills;-Advanced working knowledge of MS Suite products, specifically Outlook, Access and Excel.-Client facing experience, preferred.
