- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related discipline is required. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years HRIS experience (Oracle, Lawson, ADP, Workscape, SuccessFactors and eTime systems preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading, managing and building teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in navigating through complex organizations, demonstrable ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering and developing productive relationships with senior leadership and managers across the organization.
- A change agent with experience in leading and successfully driving change.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record in implementing global, enterprise wide projects.
- Superior customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communications.
- High energy and drive to create an environment of continuous improvement. Strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills combined with a high level of proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Youwill be responsible for the following: The VP of HRIS will be responsible for the continuousdevelopment, implementation, communication and maintenance of the company'sglobal HR systems. This individual will partner with leadership to ensure thatall programs and systems support the organizations strategic objectives, arecompetitive, cost effective and in compliance with legal requirements. Theywill provide primary HRIS support and point of contact to the HR communitywhile partnering with the IT Oracle HR team in assisting with the development,implementation and on-going administration of the HRIS functionality andutilization.
