Lead Project Manager, Financial Systems contract in New Haven, CT

Our client is seeking a Lead Project Manager, Financial Systems who will be
responsible for stakeholder interaction, the definition, and the overall
implementation of projects for the global finance function. The Lead Project
Manager will interact with a geographically-dispersed stakeholder group—both
within and outside finance function-- and ensure that the projects are
implemented successfully—on time, within budget, and according to the agreed
upon scope.

This is a Part-Time (24 hour week) 2 ½+ month project in New Haven, CT

Skills and Requirements:

•10+ years of successfully managing and delivering on SAP-centric enterprise
transformation initiatives for the finance function

•5+ years of SAP deployment experience in global environments including
on-shore/ offshore model

•At least 5 full lifecycle SAP project implementation experience

•Experience managing global or regional projects with team members in
multiple locations

•5+ years of experience with budget and people management

•High-level of expertise with SAP's ASAP deployment methodology

•Expertise in project management methodologies e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 and/ or
operational excellence tools e.g. Six Sigma

•Project management experience within the bio-pharma industry or life
sciences consulting preferred

•Experience with change management methodologies, organizational design,
different operating or business models and business process re-engineering

•Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA degree with
specialization in finance preferred

•SAP FICO Functional certification strongly preferred

•Project Management or Six Sigma or other process certifications strongly
preferred

•Certifications in finance domain such as CPA, CFA, CTP and FP&A preferred

Clinical Project Leader Contractor assignment in  New Haven, CT.

Overview
Our client is seeking a Clinical Project Leader with 5-7 years of experience to perform the following Duties and Responsibilities:
· Creation and execution of clinical trial activities in accordance with Alexion SOPs, ICH Guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
· Ensure compliance of clinical trials with local regulatory requirements; overall data quality and integrity; and human subject protection.
· Leading cross functional clinical study team to achieve study milestones.
· Interact with internal and external groups, primarily the CRO to achieve study milestones.
· Determination of study requirements and specifications, and provide input to assist Client in its selection of third party vendors.
· Assist Client’s personnel to manage CRO relationship to ensure the appropriate scope of work, oversight and training of clinical investigators and site staff in order to achieve study milestones within agreed upon timelines, budget and quality
· Assist Client’s personnel to manage clinical study budgets within agreed variance.
· Communicate clinical studies performance data to other members of the management and scientific team.
· Assist Client’s personnel to prepare and maintain required study and regulatory documentation, e.g., reports for Competent Authority submissions, template informed consent, Monitoring Plan, Pharmacy Manual, investigator contracts and budgets.
· Key contributor to the development, review and approval of study documents including but not limited to study protocols, ICFs, site budgets, CRO Oversight Plan, IXRS and Firecrest-related documents.

This is a 12-month contract assignment in New Haven, CT.
